The pandemic has changed the world; in addition to the health challenges for many people, there are broader issues for commercial enterprises, such as a shortage of skilled workers, wage adjustments and a "war of talents" for young people and talents finishing their education.

There is also a shortage of staff in the hotel and tourism industries, and especially in the MICE business, i.e. the conference and event hotel industry. Many hotels, event locations, technical providers and agencies can no longer offer the services and facilities they were used to before the pandemic.

We at the MICE Service Group have also given this a great deal of thought and have adapted and expanded our services in order to be prepared for the increasing demand for additional services and to be able to serve our customers even better.  

Besides the popular booking service for conference hotels and event locations worldwide, the speaker agency Premium Speakers, coaches and trainers at Premium Trainers, we support our customers in the planning and implementation of conferences and meetings. Already in June we could show our know how at a nice event in Klagenfurt. And the further inquiries of our customers show that this service is more in demand than ever.  

Furthermore, with special-rates.com we now also offer a booking platform for our FIT customers and individual travelers. This allows our customers to book flights, hotels and rental cars online.

And with the global meeting hotel booking platform meeting-hotels.com, we can now also offer our customers global meeting hotels and event locations. The platform is connected to a digital booking system.
