The conference package
What is included in a conference package? From the first coffee in the morning to an aperitif after a long meeting day, everything can be included in a package for a day-long meeting or conference. The welcome coffee, the coffee break with fresh croissants and fruits in the morning, the lunch - either served at the table or as a lunch buffet - the coffee break in the afternoon, the mineral water in the room, the drinks for lunch and the cake in the afternoon.
Should your event go on for several days, then the overnight stay with breakfast is also included in the conference fee. Depending on the hotel and the offer, the package can be put together according to your needs.
The event technology
You need your technological equipment to be included in the conference package. A basic equipment such as paper, pens, flipchart, pinboard, screen and video projector are usually always included in German conference hotels.
However, if you will have to show presentations featuring films and SoundClouds, then you may need speakers or a professional PA system, which will be an additional expense.
Moderator’s kit
Most workshops and trainings require a moderator´s kit, which is why most hotels provide conference planners with one free of charge. This allows the participants to affix sketches or keywords to the bulletin board, using pens and cards.
